BEST BABY SITTER

I have to tell you this little story. When we got home from Okotoks we had quite a few messages on the answering machine. One was from Grandma Orr saying that they want to come out to the temple. But it was from Thursday night and so we figured they had already come. But called wanted to call and talk any like always. So we called and they hadn't come to the temple but because we were home they would come tonight being Saturday. So we were all so excited to see Grandpa and Grandma and they brought Uncle Brody with them. SO Shane and I went to the temple as well that night with them. Brody was happy to watch both of our kids for us like always. So off we went, and it was so nice. It is always great to be able to go together but also with parents or family. When we got home everybody seemed to be just fine. Then Brody told us what happened well we were gone. Oliva has been a little runny out the back end lately and she pooped not only up her back to all the way to her neck and shoulders. So he gave her a bath changed her and then play Wii with them. He did so great and we are so glad that he already know that he is going to make some pretty women really happy someday. He will be a great dad and a great helper. We always feel like our kids are in good hands when Uncle Brody is around. Thank You Brody you are great. I am sure we will all have some great laughs about this for a little while. YOU ARE AWESOME AND WE LOVE YOU!

FUN weekend with the Anderson Family

We had a great weekend with the Anderson Family. We went to Okotoks to go and visit and have some fun with Friday being a day off for Shane. So Johanna and Russ took us to this cool Skating Rink in the Mountains. It is actually a Helicopter pad that has been flooded up in the Kananaskis. They kids had a great time and so did the adults. It was nice to have it all to our selves. Very FUn and Pretty as well. This is what living in Canada is all about. Then it was off for some lunch. And of course it wasn't even a choice, off to the Olive Garden. Not only was the food GREAT!!! as ever but the serves was awesome. We had the greatest waiter ever! Our last stop on our very eventful day was the ZOO. The kids loved the animals, feeding the ducks, and just walking around with one another. I loved watching the Himpo swim in the water. They are so fun to watch. It was a very fun time. I think I remember Jada even saying "skating, a resturant, and the zoo all in one day. I have never done 3 fun things all in one day before." It was great. The kids were so tried and ful it was home to bed and the adults watched a movie. Saturday morning Johy and I went to the Mall quick to buy the kiddies some clothes and then it was time to head home. We had such and great time. And we can't wait to do it again. Thank You, Thank You.

Decorating Cookies

For FHE we made Valentines cookies and then shared them with family that lived around our neighbour hood. Kale loved icing them and putting on the sprinkles. WE all had a really fun time. Livy liked eating everything she even like the spicy red hearts. That girl will eat anything. Then it was time to clean up and get the kids ready for bed. I just love their Christmas PJ so I thought it would be fun to take some pictures of them together in them. They are sitting in our new 1 1/2 chair. It is such a fun piece of furniture to have. I can sit in it comfortably with both kids. So fun. Happy Valentine's Day to everybody sorry we can't take cookies to you all.

First Dentist Visit

No pictures this time. But Well it was Kale's first visit to the Dentist and he did great. The Hygenist said that he was the best 2 year old she had ever worked on. I am sure they say that to them all but I thought he did great. He sat in the big chair, laid back, and then he let her count all his teeth. She then asked him if she could polish his feet and if he could open really big so that the polish tool and the vacuum could fit in his mouth. He said Yes and opened really big. He sat through the whole thing. He ended up letting the Dentist check him out after and then they took him to the prize drawer. He picked a little neft gun so that he could shoot his Dad when he got home from work. We were so glad that it went so well and that he thought it was so much fun. When we got in the car to go home he had to stop by Brookie's house to tell her all about it and show his prize, his new tooth brush, flose, and tooth brushing timer. He was pretty proud of himself. Next on the list the Eye Doctor. I can't decide which one. the one in Lethbridge or Redmond. I guess only time will tell.

Here are some shots of Olivia's 1st birthday party. It was great and thanks to all those who were here. She is getting so big and growing up way to fast for my liking. She surprises us somedays with a random word and some of the things she has picked up from her big brother. We love her and are so lucky to have her here with us.

'The Headless Horseman

Halloween

We are getting so excited for Halloween. We will be in Cardston and I think the kids (well at least Kale) will love going trick or treating. I just love the changing of the seasons and all the fun that comes with all the Holidays that are just around the corner. We are sad as well because Grandpa and Grandma Hardy will be gone on there mission but we are also excited planning our trip to go and visit them. Here are some cute pictures of the kids in there cute Halloween shirts that Grandpa and Grandma Orr bought for the kids on there holiday. They look so cute in them and Kale's shirt glows in the dark. He loves to take people into the dark bathroom and turn the lights off and show people how his bones on his shirt glows. Our kids have their custumes all picked out. Kale is going to be an RCMP, it is one that Shane wore when he was little. Grandma Bielert had it saved and it fits pretty good. Livy is going to be a soft baby chick that Grandma Orr picked up at target for her. They both look so cute. I am still trying to talk Shane into dressing up with me. I have some good ideas but he is a little shy. So feel free to help me out by dropping him a line that he needs to get in the spirit of it all. HA HA. Happy Halloween from the ORRS!!!

Visitors

Thank you to Johy and the girls for coming and visiting us. We had such a great time and loved your company, Shane said that, that was a really fun visit. Kale loved playing with the girls. Anyway Johy and the girls came out last Thursday night and slept over. We watched a movie and had popcorn and treats. Then on Friday we did a little shopping at the new Walmart and then to Costco. So much fun to just look around at all the Halloween and Christmas stuff that is out. Then it was off to lunch with Grandpa and Grandma Hardy. It was so fun to see you both and the kids loved the little visit. Then it was off to the corn maze. Shane came with us and we had a race boys against girls. Shane and up winning, but we all had so much fun. The kids loved jumping around on the hay bails and feeding the animals at the petting zoo. Lots and lots of fun. Thanx again for hanging out with us we loved it and feel free anybody else to come and check it out with us we love going. Call us if you are in the area.

MAZE

The other night we decided it would be fun to take Kale out to the corn maze. Grandma watched Livy and we took Uncle Brody and Auntie Darby with us. It was lots of fun. Shane, Me, Kale, and Darby made it to the tower which is in the middle in about 15min. Then we waited there for Brody to find his way. We had to help him out by yelling from on top of the tower. Then the last have of the maze has questions that help you find your way out. You can take the short or the long. That took us longer to get out then the first half. I guess we don't know much about farming. When we all came out Shane, Darby, and Brody decided it would be fun to have a race to the tower with out me and Kale to slow anybody down. Well Darby and Brody got there in about 15min running. About 35min later I sent Brody and a lady that works there back in to find Shane. There he was close to the start stuck in some circle, frustrated and couldn't find his way. He actually started to take corn off so he could see where he had been. Anyway it was pretty funny because he even gave the kids a head start so that it wouldn't be so easy for him to win. They also had a little kid maze that Kale liked and a petting Zoo. The owner as has a little train that looks like little cows that he gives little kids rides in. We had so much fun and will probably go again some time closer to Halloween. They have a big pumkin field and you can pick your own. I think Kale would love to go back. So if any of you feel like it let us know and we will go with you.

GRAD

This picture is of all the Grads walking from the big building that you can see from scence drive.(that big long one) They walked to the new Gym. Pretty fun.
Shane excepting his Certificate from some important person that was dressed kinda funny.
Way to go Dad we are so Proud of you and now just a few more years to go! We can't wait to be done.
What a handsome Grad. To bad he didn't have time to shave the picture would have been just that much nicer.

Well Friday morning was Shane's Grad. It was a very nice program only 2 speakers which was nice seeing how I took the kids with me. After they severed Juice and Cookies and had time to take pictures. That night Shane and I went out to Ric's Grill (Lethbridge Water tower) for dinner. It was sooooooooooooooo good. I don't think I had very tip so well in my life everything was just amazing!!! We had a gift certificate so that even made it that much nicer. Any way Shane is glad to be done that part of his education and can't wait to start the ED program here in Lethbridge. YAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

Run in with a shopping cart

Today after Shane was done coaching his first baseball game this morning we all decide to head out to Walmart. I had just gotten our big pictures back from the photographer so I wanted to get some frames and also order some pics. So well I was searching through the disk of 357 pics Shane and Kale were playing in the cart. Shane came across an old friend and started to talk. In the mean time Kale was sitting in Lizy's carseat that is resting in the child sitting area on the cart. Just sitting there isn't good enough for our little Kale so he decide to crawl around and be on all fours in the carseat.(So he is standing like a dog) He decides he wants to put his head down and then that is when it all happened. All his wait was shifted and down Kale went into the basket part of the cart. He screamed and then cried. Then he yelled and point at the cart for hurting him. He now has some pretty little markings on his face and his nose is still bleeding a little bit. But I got my pics and frames and we even got to eat at McDonalds. Here are some pics of Kale and his little scratches.

HIDING SPOT

Here is my shot at being a film maker. I didn't take much time to play around with everything but it was really fun and neat. I am for sure going to take some great video of Kale Dancing so you all can enjoy his moves. Lets just say watch for the film staring KC ORR showing us the new moves of our time... Watch out MJ Kale is here and he is BAD!!!
